Be the person who changes
how a child sees the world.
Drishyam runs on volunteers — film-school students, parents, working professionals, retired educators — trained to lead a weekly film club at a partner school. One film a week. One hour to watch. One hour to talk.
Lead one film club
You are matched to one school — a government, aided, or private school in your city — for a 12-week term. Same children, same day, every week.
Per week, including travel
The session itself is 90 to 120 minutes. We aim to keep your total weekly commitment to two hours, including prep and travel.
Training provided
Two-day mandatory training before your first session. Complete discussion guides for every film. A WhatsApp support group and a dedicated coordinator.
